Absolutely – our standard guarantee is an industry-leading 12 months from start date. A few exceptions outside of candidate’s control do apply, such as a reduction in force or a corporate change of control event.

The Clark Group is believes in performance-based fees and only collect payment when we have successfully performed for our clients. We calculate our fee based solely on base salary, without the additional fees most firms charge for sign-on bonuses, guaranteed bonuses, equity grants (etc).  Also, we do not charge an “administrative” fee (industry standard is 15-20%) – and strongly believe that coupling success with value yields greater returns for everyone in the long term.

Twenty years, located here in the Silicon Valley region of California.  Our team has over 75 years of experience in direct recruitment, sourcing and process management across the retained, contingency and in-house recruitment landscape. We understand and have been an active part of the workforce changes and talent requirements that have affected the technology landscape here – and have in turn gone on to affect all of the major tech centers worldwide.

We serve the United States and Canada directly. Our “Group” partner-firms have been selected for their excellence and shared values in regions covering Asia, Europe and The Americas. If you need a partner outside of the US and are looking for help, give us a call.

We perform just over 90% of our search activity between the Senior Manager and xVP levels of management, where skill-set requirements are often the most specific and difficult to obtain (eg. technical product development) and where clients often need the most complex mix of hands-on tactical leadership ability combined with executive-level strategic competence for managing up into the C-suite. About 10% of our search is performed at the C-suite, Board of Directors and Advisory Board levels.
